Breathe deeply

Breathe deeply in through the nose -- one, two, three.

Hold -- one, two, three.

Release, out through the mouth -- one, two, three.

Think about who you are, examine your actions inside and out. Do you do the things that God wants you to do within your vocation, first starting with a plan for spiritual development in your own life? Or, do you run around like a chicken with your head cut off trying to make everyone else's schedule work, while squeezing in the time for your own personal/spiritual development?

Breathe deeply in through the nose -- one, two, three.

Hold -- one, two, three.

Release, out through the mouth -- one, two, three.

Are your relationships strong? With God? With your spouse? With your children? With your neighbors? Or, do you run around like a chicken with your head cut off trying to make everyone else's schedule work, while squeezing in the time for your own personal/spiritual relationships?

Breathe deeply in through the nose -- one, two, three.

Hold -- one, two, three.

Release, out through the mouth -- one, two, three.

Are you at peace, doing all that you do joyfully for the greater glory of God and for love of your neighbor? Or, do you run around like a chicken with your head cut off trying to make everyone else's schedule work, while squeezing in the time for your own personal/spiritual works?

Breathe deeply in through the nose -- one, two, three.

Hold -- one, two, three.

Release, out through the mouth -- one, two, three.

Time to regroup -- time to refocus -- time to restore. Just in time for the Christmas. Ask for the grace to see things clearly, chose prudently, act justly, and worship reverently. And, breathe in deeply the Spirit of Joy!
