The Message of Divine Mercy

Below is a link to the Marians of the Immaculate Conception. There you will find a brief biography of St. Faustina who was given the image and the devotion to share with the world, The Divine Mercy Chaplet.

St. Faustina Bio

Today is Divine Mercy Sunday -- a feast dedicated by the Church to share this devotion with the world, to offer hope through the Blessed Sacrament and the Sacrament of Reconciliation, and to inspire hearts to love of Christ, especially at the hour of His most merciful moment, His Death upon the Cross.

At 3:00pm today, I encourage you to share in this devotion through which the Lord promises that even the most hardened of hearts, if they should pray this chaplet, will receive an abundance of mercy.

How to Pray the Divine Mercy Chaplet

Prayed using Rosary beads, this prayer is humble, beautiful and easy to recite. It is especially child friendly in its easy to remember response: "For the sake of His Sorrowful Passion, have mercy on us and on the whole world." What wonder it inspires to hear the little voices in chorus reciting this prayer!

I also encourage you to participate in the apostolate, The Association of Marian Helpers. I use their enrollment cards often, in lieu of the traditional greeting card. What better gift can you give, in joy or in sorrow, than the gift of prayers offered in the Holy Mass? It is also a wonderful way for your children to share their faith through enrollment cards at birthday parties or for special occasions. Please visit the links and see what wonderful treasures the Lord has in store for you through His Divine Mercy, the care of His Blessed Mother and the intercession of St. Faustina.

God bless you and shower His Mercy upon you!
